Raychem Filler Wire

Filler wire is an often contested topic, with the added weight being seen by some as unnecessary.

This specialty product from Raychem is a solid zero halogen glass twine filament meant to replace filler wire. No more duplicate colors or uncertainty of what is and isn't being used in your harness, this product is white and very easy to identify in even +300 wire bundles.

The tradeoff is weight and aesthetic for cost, which may not be supported for some. For our most demanding applications, we rely on utilizing this product in our looms to produce the highest quality finished product possible.

This material is sized in mm OD, and we have listed the closest Spec 55 and M22759/32 wire size next to it in the drop down menu. The wire sizes shown are not exact matches per Nominal OD, but are within some tenths of a mm.
