INVENTORY/SPECIAL ORDER

While we stock a significant amount of inventory, some items are special order only. For this reason expect all orders to be shipped within (5) days of being received - however typical lead times are 1-2 days. 

All orders of ex stock material received by 2PM EST will ship same day, time permitting, in the order in which they are received. Orders with expedited shipping will be processed first to ensure they meet commitment times.

95% of our catalog is held as inventory though due to the current supply chain climate there may be instances where only a portion of your order is readily available. We will contact you to notify of any items that are out of stock or that carry lead times and you will have the option to ship partial or complete. Partial shipments will incur an additional shipping charge for the subsequent shipment(s).

The above timeframes may be extended due to worldwide supply shortages and manufacturer production delays. If your order includes components of a time sensitive nature, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can meet your expectations.

BACKORDERS

Any orders that include parts that are on shortage will have a warning pop-up that must be acknowledged before proceeding. By clicking 'OK' you accept that the item(s) you are purchasing may have delays and authorize us to ship your order partial so we can fulfill the rest of the components on your order as fast as possible. In the event an order ships partial there will be a second shipping charge for any backordered items (shortage or out of stock) that must be paid prior to said parts being shipped once they are available. Backorders will default to the same shipping method used on the original order though you will have the opportunity to amend this before dispatch.

These are unprecedented times and we are doing our absolute best to fulfill your orders as fast possible.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our business, all of our items are brand new and considered first-hand. Many of the codes of practice followed by ourselves and companies we supply will not allow for second-hand products to be used. For this reason, we do not accept returns/exchanges for any reason other than manufacturer defect or damage. If you're unsure of the product/configuration you need, please contact us prior to placing your order.

In other words, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/WARRANTY ITEMS

There is always the chance that an item may arrive damaged, defective, or fail during normal operating conditions. If that's the case, please contact us so we can get the issue resolved efficiently.

SHIPPING

Our preferred shipping carrier for both domestic and international orders is UPS. At checkout, you may select your preferred service type and benefit from our discounted shipping rates.

Additionally, USPS Priority Mail is available for domestic addresses and only for small orders of light components totaling no more than 2-Pounds. There are no exceptions to this as it is exclusively offered to ship a low cost/small quantity of boots, connectors, or terminals in a small flat-rate box for a cost-effective rate. USPS Priority Mail service is only able to be insured to $100 USD, by selecting this shipping method you acknowledge their terms and conditions and approve for your order to be shipped without additional insurance regardless of the order value. All shipping claims for USPS are the responsibility of the customer - we will not handle this if there is a damaged/lost package.

With prior arrangements made you may also provide your own DHL, FedEx, or UPS account number for us to ship collect with a packaging fee of $4.50. 

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer. Each transaction is authorized and then manually processed after being reviewed.
