Finally a proper solution for this typically delicate application. These sensors in their original form terminate to a mating connector that is no longer made by the original manufacturer - resulting in poor quality and heat tolerance.

The sensors are modified, terminated, potted, and sealed with a Raychem System 25 straight boot. Tefzel wire is used and further insulated in Raychem DR25 and then a fiberglass sleeve rated to 1250° F is added for good measure. Finally, when terminated to a Deutsch DTM (standard) we have a ruggedized solution for your application.
